Spinazie Stamppot met Zoete Aardappel
Hee lieve mensen! Vandaag ook eens een Stamppot op jamiecooking.nl. Mijn man houdt heel erg van stampotten, dus van groenten zoals: Spinazie, Boerenkool, Andijvie en Wortelen, maak ik dan ook altijd een stamppot! Echt een lekkere Hollandse pot. Omdat een Stamppot altijd best zwaar op de maag valt, maak ik hem ook vaak met Zoete Aardappel, dat is net wat lichter. En vind ik zelf persoonlijk fijner! Zijn jullie benieuwd hoe ik de mijn Spinazie Stamppot maak? Lees dan maar gauw verder!
Dit heb je nodig voor een Spinazie Stamppot met Zoete Aardappel:
Voor 4 personen.
- 6 grote Zoete Aardappels
- 400 gram verse Spinazie
- 2 takjes verse Basilicum óf 1 eetlepel gedroogde Basilicum
- 2 eetlepels Sojasaus
- snuf Peper en Zout
En zo maak je hem:
- Schil de Zoete Aardappels en snijd ze aan stukken. Spoel ze om en doe ze vervolgens in een pan met ruim water op het vuur. Laat ze gaar koken, als je ze met een vork door kan prikken zijn ze goed.
- Was de Spinazie en doe ook dit in een pan met een beetje water op het vuur. Spinazie hoeft niet heel lang te koken. Na vijf minuten flink koken kan de Spinazie van het vuur, giet je het af en laat je het uitlekken in het vergiet.
- Als beide, Zoete Aardappel en Spinazie, klaar zijn voeg je de twee samen in 1 pan en stamp je alles met je stamper door elkaar.
- Gebruik je verse Basilicum? Stamp de blaadjes van de Basilicum dan door de stamppot heen. Gebruik je gedroogde Basilicum? Deze kun je over de stamppot heen strooien en ook er doorheen stampen.
- Voeg als laatste de Sojasaus toe en een snuf Peper. De Sojasaus maakt de Stamppot zout, maar vind je hem toch niet Zout genoeg? Voeg dan nog een snuf Zout toe naar smaak.
En klaar is de Stamppot van Spinazie met Zoete Aardappel! Allemaal aan tafel en genieten maar!
